#14 [HIGH] Python emit_event in absurd_client has race condition

ALREADY FIXED: emit_event at lines 934-967 now uses atomic SQL function absurd.emit_event() via parameterized query instead of reimplementing the logic in Python. Comment at line 942 confirms fix.
