#22 CRITICAL: Variable templating not working in workflow task kwargs

Email sent has unresolved placeholders: - Subject: 'Highway Storage Monitor: {hostname}' - should resolve to actual hostname - Body: '{email_body}' - should resolve to disk space report Variables from previous steps (result_key) are not being substituted into kwargs. This breaks the entire workflow variable passing mechanism.
