#234 Fix OpenAPI response serialization - UUIDs and response structure

Spectree response validation failed: UUIDs as objects, missing pagination field. Temp fix: removed resp= from decorators. Proper fix: convert UUIDs to strings, update response helpers to match Pydantic models, re-enable validation. Affects workflows.py (11 endpoints).
