#654 Invitation system doesn't send emails

The invitation endpoint (api/blueprints/v1/invitations.py) creates a database record and returns an invitation_url, but NEVER sends an email. The inviter must manually copy and share the URL. Line 246 confirms: 'Share the invitation_url with the invitee'. Should create and use an invitation_email app that sends professional invitation emails with the accept link.
