#676 Progress shows 93% for completed workflow due to LIMIT 50 dropping early events

When workflows have >50 events, Query 3 (LIMIT 50) drops early step_succeeded events. Example: complex_deterministic_v2 has 73 events - phase1_setup succeeded at sequence 4 but query only fetched sequences 45-down. FIXED by splitting into two queries: - Query 3a (LIMIT 50): for current_step, last_event, inputs, result - Query 3b (NO LIMIT): SELECT DISTINCT step_name for accurate progress count Verified: 14/14 = 100% after fix.
