#705 OBS-03: No trace export to Jaeger/Zipkin

Location: engine/utils/tracing.py. Issue: W3C Trace Context implemented but traces only logged to stdout, never exported. Cannot visualize distributed traces. Fix: Add opentelemetry-sdk with OTLP exporter.
