Comprehensive 11-dimension UX review of highway-dashboard (code + 17 desktop + 17 mobile screenshots). 101 findings; every high/medium adversarially verified: 62 confirmed, 1 refuted. Full data: highway-dashboard/docs/ux-review-2026-07-11/ (gitignored, local).

P0 - dashboard lies about state: success-rate renders 0-1 ratio as '1.0%' in red on healthy workflows (ExecutionHeatmap.svelte:500-504); activities pills show page-local 'Failed 0' next to global 'All 1281'; header stats zero out on one failed stats request; workflows list renders API failure as 'No workflows found'; durations '0ms' (ignores duration_ms); hardcoded '30d' badge on all-time data.

P0 - silent dead controls: bulk Cancel Selected is onCancelSelected={()=>{}} no-op; dead Export button; approvals page STOPS polling when 0 pending (new HITL requests never appear); workflows poller dies permanently after 5 failed polls; activities workflow search param never forwarded to API; circuit-breaker blocks bypass toast pipeline (Run Now silently no-ops); silent poll failures wipe loaded lists.

P0 - summary-endpoint regression (#818 follow-up): runs older than latest-25 unreachable (+7824 badge inert); deep link to older run silently shows a DIFFERENT run under same URL; status filter mislabels executed definitions as 'Never executed'.

P1: JWT expiry never auto-logouts (recovery probe treats 401 as healthy); mobile header collision on every page + create page unusable at 390px + approval JSON (the command being approved!) clipped; icon-only nav rail 13 abstract icons, Capacity icon = theme-toggle sun; Settings is a shipped placeholder; workflow list rows nest ~12 buttons inside an anchor (a11y); one-click no-confirm cancel/secret-delete; boot waterfall blocks first paint on awaited listTenants; no sorting on any table; activities error text only via alert().

Critic gaps (not yet reviewed): login/OIDC flow, unsaved-work loss on create page (no beforeNavigate guard + tenant switch hard-redirects to /), timezone correctness of displayed times, impersonation/multi-tab tenant concurrency, artifact upload flows, workflow submission E2E, public routes, data export/print.
