Description
EARS: internal.health.get_summary shall report each sub-check's real result. FOUND in #924: enterprise/platform_core/tools/health.py get_system_health_summary calls check_endpoint.__wrapped__, check_workers.__wrapped__, check_db.__wrapped__ on plain functions; AttributeError is caught and recorded as healthy=False. The platform_secrets sub-check added in #924 calls platform_secrets_check() directly. Needs a red test.
